Efforts are on in Madhya Pradesh under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav to fulfill the resolution of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s developed India. New and renewable Energy Minister Rakesh Shukla said this while addressing the Feeder Solarization Summit of GIS-2025. On Monday, Hon’ble New and Injurest Energy Minister Shukla sent a solar van to promote solar energy at the Global Investors Summit held in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This solar van is part of the public awareness campaign under PM Surya Ghar Ghar Free Power Scheme and PM Kusum Yojana.
Energy Minister Shukla said that there are immense possibilities in the field of renewal energy in Madhya Pradesh. He told the investors that there is a favorable environment for investment in the state. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has implemented industrial policies favorable for investment. Minister Shukla said that the doors of the state are always open for investors. Investors should be relaxed and invest in Madhya Pradesh.
At the beginning of the summit, Amanvir Singh, Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh Energy Development Corporation, gave a presentation on PM Kusum Yojana.
Bank officials gave detailed information on the role of bankers in PM Kusum Yojana in Bankers session. Resolution of questions asked by investors regarding Kusum scheme were also given in the session. Additional Chief Secretary Energy Manu Srivastava answered the questions asked by the investors on the information of various aspects related to the Kusum Yojana. Bankers explained the process of lending by the bank under the Kusum scheme. Bankers also apprised the bank about the rate of interest on the loan and the process of loan payment.
In the presence of the new and renewable Energy Minister Shukla at the Feeder Solarization Summit, the power pursuit agreement was also signed by the Energy Development Corporation by setting up a solar plant on the agricultural land by the Energy Development Corporation.

So far by Madhya Pradesh Energy Development Corporation Limited, the solar power generator (SPG) has been awarded the letter of 1000mw to the solar power generator (SPG) to set up a solar power plant under the component A. For the sale of electricity produced from the power plant set up under it, so far between the solar power generator (SPG) and Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company. Electrical purchasing contracts (PPAs) of 500mw were executed in which an investment of about 1750 crores has been ensured by the SPG.
