On the Mahashivaratri festival, Lord Shiva was made a special adornment with flowers in Bhojpur, called Somnath of Madhya Pradesh. A large number of devotees started coming from 3 o’clock in the morning. Thousands of people visited Lord Shiva. The local administration made proper arrangements for the convenience of the visitors, so that they do not have any problem in the vision and worship of Lord Shiva.
Thousands of devotees offered prayers at the Bhojpur Shiva temple on Mahashivaratri. Complete arrangements were made for the devotees. All necessary arrangements were made along with drinking water, parking, traffic. Thousands of people have seen God since morning. Let us tell you that in Mahashivaratri, the enthusiasm of the devotees is being seen like the previous years. Where the devotees are seen for 3 kilometers and the voice of Jayghosh of every Mahadev is echoing all around.
About 250 police personnel have been deployed to handle the system on Mahashivaratri. On the occasion, SDM Chandrashekhar Srivastava, SDOP Sheela Surana, Tehsildar Hemant Sharma along with administrative officers are present and are handling the system. At the same time, on the occasion of Mahashivaratri, Bhojpur Utsav program will be organized in the temple premises like every year.
