Investing in Human Capital – Skill Development Session 8 MoUs before Minister Dway Tetwal and Minister Parmar

In the Global Investors Summit-2025 held in Bhopal, the session focused on the subject of Investing in Human Capital-Tossal Development was intensively discussed on the strategies of preparing trained workforce in accordance with the needs of industries. Minister of State for Skill Development and Employment (Independent Charge) Shri Gautam Tetwal said that trained and skilled human resources are the most important factor for the development of industries. He said that along with industrial progress, it is the government’s priority to make the youth of the state skilled in the latest technologies, so that they can ensure their role according to global competition.

Minister Shri Tetwal said that the Madhya Pradesh government is working with the policy of “governance less, good governance more”, in which private sector participation is also being ensured rather than initiative at the government level. It is the effort of the state government to establish coordination between industries and training institutes, so that quality training system is developed according to industrial requirements. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the country and state have made skill development an integral part of industrial policy, so that the youth of the state can be trained according to modern industrial needs.

Higher Education, Technical Education and AYUSH Minister Shri Inder Singh Parmar told the investors that your participation for investment in Madhya Pradesh is honorable. Madhya Pradesh is continuously moving forward in education. Invest in technical education and become partners of the government. Like the campus selection, you should choose the institutions and open the center in them, so that skilled youth can be found. In the state, we are changing the traditional courses and inserting the course as per the demand for industry. Minister Shri Parmar also called with investors to invest in technical and higher education.

1000 crore investment proposal
The session has made two important investment announcements in the education and skill development scenario of Madhya Pradesh, which will take the state to a new height in the field of education and training. The first investment scheme is presented by the Jagran Social Welfare Society, which is being represented by Mr. Hari Mohan Gupta, the chairman of the organization. The institute of Shriusabari School, UK is going to establish a fully residential international school at Bhopal. 500 crores This investment will start operating the school from August 2025, which will provide world class education to students between the ages of 11 to 18 and create more than 500 employment opportunities.

The second investment scheme has been proposed by Dr. Bharat Aggarwal, Chairman, Vishwakarma University. Vishwakarma Group 500 crores in the next 3 to 5 years. Will invest a self-financial private university in Madhya Pradesh. This university plans to provide education to 25,000 students, which will generate more than 2,000 employment and will promote research and entrepreneurship.

Both investment of one thousand crore rupees will prove to be an important step towards making Madhya Pradesh a leading center of education and skill development. With this, the youth of the state will be empowered in the direction of a bright future.

New participation to speed up skill development in the state
Important agreements were signed between the state government and industrial institutions during the session. The Private Industrial Group Trident Group has decided to cooperate in the effective operation of training materials, technical teaching systems and training under the FIAAT scheme at SSR Global Skill Park. Under this participation, the Trident Group has invested for training and planning of 100 youth.

Important agreements were signed with eight major industrial and educational institutions to bring skill development to new heights. In the session, the major institutions committed to further strengthen training programs with the Department of Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment of the state. Agreements were signed by the state government with GIZ and Schneider, GIZ and Siemens, Scientific Technologies, Apna Time Tech Private Limited, Martandak Solar Energy Private Limited, Unnati Foundation and Forest Alliance Japan.

Industrial experts put ideas in panel discussion
The panel discussion held during the session led to detailed discussion on the possibilities of investment in the field of skill development and the needs of industries. The discussion of this discussion is the head of the L&T Skill Development Mission, K.K. Ramakrishnan did it.
