Shivraj Singh’s anger and Air India’s accountability
When Shivraj complained to the aircraft workers about this, he said that the management of the airline was already informed about the poor position of this seat and this seat should not have been for sale. Despite this, the ticket for this seat was sold. The minister said that the aircraft workers also said that there are other seats, whose situation is bad. Shivraj Singh Chauhan also said that the hitchhikers had proposed to change the seat, but they opposed it. He believed that no other passenger should give inconvenience, so he sat on the same broken seat and completed his journey.
Questions on Tata management
Shivraj Singh, while questioning the service level of Air India, said that his belief was that the company’s service would improve after going to Air India in the hands of the Tata company, but it proved to be his confusion. He said that after recovering all the money from the passengers, it is immoral to sit on such a bad seat. His question was whether Air India is not cheating passengers from such experiences?
Air India tweeted and apologized
After this complaint by Shivraj Singh, Air India accepted its mistake and tweeted and apologized. The airline said, “You are sorry for the inconvenience you have caused. Please be convinced that we are careful on this matter to prevent any such incident in future. We will be happy to get an opportunity to talk to you. “
