High Court issued notice to institutions without recognition in the name of ‘Arya Samaj’

A petition related to institutions conducted in the name of Arya Samaj in the High Court was heard today. The High Court has sent a notice to the illegally marrying institutions using the name of Arya Samaj without any affiliation. A petition has been filed in this case by the Chhattisgarh Provincial Arya Pratinidhi Sabha.

It was informed in the petition that the Registrar, Firm and Society have registered many institutions in violation of the Chhattisgarh Society Registration Act, 1973. These institutions illegally use the word society for the purpose of earning money. The rules and principles of Arya Samaj are not followed in these institutions. There are neither havan, Satyasandha programs nor is there any priest from Gurkul. After which the High Court has summoned the reply issued notice to the concerned parties.
