Visitors will be able to enjoy delicious dishes in Bundelkhand, Baghelkhand and Chambal areas

The 51st edition of the much -awaited Khajuraho dance ceremony is being organized at Khajuraho, the World Heritage Site in Madhya Pradesh. This prestigious ceremony is a wonderful opportunity for people interested in Indian classical dance, where they will be able to see beautiful presentations of various dance forms. To make this ceremony even more special, various cuisine stalls have also been set up by the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board. In which visitors will be able to enjoy delicious dishes in Bundelkhand, Baghelkhand and Chambal areas of the state. Besides, 17 stalls have also been set up by the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board, in which local art and craft products like beat jewelery, Bundeli painting, Chanderi saree etc. are being displayed.
This year, a 24 -hour classical dance relay was also held at the Khajuraho dance ceremony. In which for 24 consecutive hours, various dancers gave classical dance performances and registered the name in the Guinness Book of World Records. Apart from this, presentations that mesmerized Kathak, Bharatanatyam, Odissi, Kuchipudi, Manipuri and other classical dance forms are also continued in various days in this ceremony.
Along with these programs, ‘Kalavarta’ dialogue session will also be held, in which the architecture and dance of Khajuraho temples will be discussed. Apart from this, this year, there will be an exhibition of Indian folk and classical musical instruments in an exhibition called ‘Nad’, in which more than 600 instruments will be displayed. At the same time, traditional crafts will be demonstrated under the ‘Creation’ program.
