Roads will be built for Simhastha, more than 100 houses will be broken, big flats will be available in compensation!

Indore

The ‘Rasta’ of the important MR4 (MR-4 ROAD) road is being removed for Simhastha 2028. It has more than 100 houses of Bhagirathpura. All are landlords and have been living for years. They have demanded land or compensation in lieu of land. On this, the government is now churning on changing the policy of the corporation. Those whose entire house is being taken can be given a plot or large flat.

The MR4 starts from the Sarwate bus stand, which ends at the ISBT of Kumedi located at MR10 via Bhagirathpura. Ujjain Road will get from Lavkush intersection. This road is considered important for Simhastha. The road construction was done by the IDA 9 years ago, after which the obstacles were handed over to the Municipal Corporation. Currently, the road went to Bhagirathpura and became a bottleneck as there are around 100 houses, in which 150 families live.

Two and a half years ago, the Municipal Corporation gave notices to everyone, but the residents opened the front. He said that he has been settled since 1936 and has registry. We are ready to give houses, but if we have land in lieu of land, if we do not have a roof on our head, then TDR What to do Many fronts were talked about this. Due to lack of disposal, the important road got stuck.

Three bedroom flat or plot
Recently, Urban Administration and Housing Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya took a meeting regarding MR roads. In this, Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargava raised the issue. On this, a proposal has been sent to the government, in which there is talk of providing other places if the entire house is obstructed in road or other construction. Three bedrooms will be given or the plot will be given on lease by taking land from the government. A policy is being made from the government level.

It is very important to find a way out
It is worth noting that at present there is a 12 feet wide road in Bhagirathpura, which is the railway land. The first Simhastha was taken from the railway for some time, which is now being sought back. In such a situation, if the railway takes possession of its land, the road will be closed. The railway has written many times about this.

PM housing flats not approved
Regional councilor Kamal Vaghela also contacted the mayor and presented the side of the residents. It was said that the residents of the single bedroom of PM residence are not acceptable. By taking their land, we will give the certificate of TDR policy, that is also wrong. The rule should be changed.

Connection with 2 bus stand-3 railway station
It is the only road in Indore that connects two bus stands and three railway stations. With its completion, there will be direct connection of Sarwate and ISBT bus stand, then the railway will connect Muy station, Nehru Park railway station and Laxmibai Nagar station.
The obstructive houses of Bhagirathpura for MR4 will be removed. The government level is under consideration regarding the change in the policy of the corporation regarding the compensation given in lieu of removing the construction of the road. – Pushyamitra Bhargava, Mayor
