Pithampur brought down 12 containers filled with toxic waste of union carbide brought down from trolls

The process of disposing of Union Carbide Factory was stalled due to opposition to the plant at Pithampur in Dhar district, 40 years after the Bhopal gas tragedy. Due to heavy protests in Pithampur, the garbage trolleys were standing in the Ramki company premises for 41 days. These 12 containers were removed from the trolls on Thursday afternoon.

Actually, Trolley was standing in the Ramki Company campus for 41 days. His one month fare has also been about 12 lakh rupees. Poisonous garbage has not been taken out of containers right now. The waste will be taken out of the containers only after getting the order from the High Court. Collector Priyank Mishra says that every process that takes place here will be CCTV monitoring.

In the afternoon on Thursday, the containers were brought down in the presence of police officers including the administration officer-leader. After two and a half hours of effort, containers were unloaded with the help of two cranes. The administration said that due to containers standing for a month, the company has Rs 12 lakh. The fare of the vehicle looked. Therefore, action was taken to unload.

Dhar Collector Priyank Mishra said that only these containers have been removed. The order of opening the process of opening them has not been received. It is worth noting that the poisonous waste from Bhopal to Union Carbide was brought in 12 containers on 2 January in Pithampur. The common people were constantly angry after reaching the garbage Pithampur. Due to this, this container stood in a similar company for the last 41 days.

On the other hand, several organizations, including Pithampur Bachao Committee, protested on Wednesday to protest against the performance of garbage. CSP Vivek Gupta said that a case has been registered against Sandeep Raghuvanshi, Dr. Hemant Hirole, Mona Solanki, Pradeep Dubey etc. in the matter of demonstrating without permission.
