The Union Home Ministry has decided to provide Z category security to Tibetan religious leader Dalai Lama on Thursday based on intelligence information. Their security system has been extended after the Intelligence Bureau received the danger report. A total of 33 security personnel will be deployed under the security of 89 -year -old Dalai Lama. This includes private security officers who provide 24 -hour security at his residence and armed commandos working in shifts.
As part of this increased security arrangement, 89 -year -old spiritual guru will get a total of 33 security personnel, including armed static guards posted at his residence, private security officers providing security and armed motives in shifts. Additionally, trained driver and monitoring personnel will be on duty all the time to ensure their safety.
33 security personnel include 10 armed static guards who will stay at their home. Apart from this, 6 round the clock PSO, 12 three shifts will be the commandos of Armed Scort, 2 Watchrs Shifts and 3 Trend Driver Round the Clock security personnel.
Dalai Lama living in India since 1959
