The Congress leader said this to reporters when asked about Biren Singh’s resignation. Biren Singh submitted his resignation to Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla at Raj Bhavan in Imphal on Sunday. More than 250 people have been killed and thousands have become homeless since ethnic violence erupted in May 2023 in Manipur. Priyanka Gandhi, a Lok Sabha member from Wayanad, participated in several programs in her parliamentary constituency in the last two days. She will visit the house of people who lost their lives in wild animals attack in her parliamentary constituency before leaving for New Delhi on Monday.

PM Modi and Amit Shah should take responsibility
Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) leader Kanimoi on Monday demanded the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of “fascist politics” in Manipur that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah are responsible for violence in the northeast state Should be taken.
