Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has described the Congress manifesto issued in view of the urban body elections as a copy-paste of the BJP’s ‘Atal Sankalp Patra’. Along with this, he has accused the Congress of not fulfilling the promises made during the last urban body elections.
