The difficulties of Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev have increased once again. A Kerala court has issued a non-bailable warrant against him. Apart from Ramdev, a warrant has also been issued against Acharya Balakrishna, president of Patanjali Yogpeeth. This warrant has been issued against both the courts of Palakkad district due to their absence. Let us tell you that he did not appear in a criminal case filed by the Drugs Inspector of Kerala against the divine pharmacy.
The court has issued a non-bailable warrant against both of them to appear on 15 February. Earlier on 1 February, the court issued a bail warrant against these accused, so that they could appear in the court. The case is related to the allegedly broadcasting misleading medical advertisements by the Divine Pharmacy, on which the Kerala Drugs Inspector has taken action.
Let us tell you that there have been many cases on Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev and Patanjali Ayurved Limited. These include cases such as misleading advertising, contempt and trademark violations.
