A big decision has been taken regarding the property of Waqf Board in Madhya Pradesh. Physical verification of Waqf Board properties will be done. The Minority Welfare Department of the state has issued instructions to all the collectors of the district regarding this. Not only this, complete information will have to be given online within 5 days.

In which the properties of the Waqf Board will also be included, which come under the purview of encroachment, besides the evacuation property i.e. those who had gone to Pakistan after partition, those properties will also be included. It is being told that this complete information will be uploaded on the government portal with the help of Revenue Department.

Report will be sent to Delhi

It is being told that the report of Physical Verification of Waqf Board property will be sent by the MP government to the joint parliamentary collection in Delhi. Apart from this, Dr. Sanwar Patel, Chairman of Waqf Board in MP, says that many information has been sent to Delhi, while information related to encroachment will be sent by the state government after the survey. Report is being prepared for this. The Mohan government has also sought information from the collectors in how many places have been encroached with the nomination of Waqf property.

After gathering all these information, the government is collecting information about a total of 15 points. This complete information will be updated on the portal. While it will have complete details at the tehsil level, so that the tehsil level information will be made available through the Waqf Board. The government has issued all these instructions. The Chief Secretary had instructed Ashok Barnwal, Additional Chief Secretary, Minority Welfare Department in this matter, after which he has sent information to the collectors and divisional commissioners. Let us know that on 26 December 2024, the Joint Parliamentary Committee met in Delhi, only then the district -wise information was sought on 15 points of the property related to MP Waqf Board, after which these instructions have been issued by the government. This is the reason that information about the assets of Waqf Board has been sought by the government.

The government issued passwords at the tehsil level has also sought information from the collectors about the nomination of Waqf property and the encroachment made on it as well as the separation, transfer, sale of the property. Information related to the evacuation property, property of Patta, hired property and government land will also have to be updated on the portal. For this, people and passwords are also being issued at the tehsil level. Also, the tehsil level list is also being made available through the Waqf Board.

District wise information was sought on 15 points, let us know that the Joint Parliamentary Committee had a meeting in Delhi on 26 December. In this, district -wise information was sought on 15 points of property related to MP Waqf Board. After this, Ashok Barnwal, Additional Chief Secretary, Backward Classes and Minority Welfare Department, wrote a letter to all the collectors and divisional commissioners.

It said that the Waqf Board has recorded online information of the property by matching the Waqf register, survey list and gazette notification on the WAMSI-Mp portal. The rest of the property was asked to seek cooperation from the Department of Revenue for physical verification and other works.
