Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, who arrived in Japan to invite investors to the Global Investors Summit, attended the ‘Interactive Sessions on Investment’ program at the Indian Embassy. In this session, he said that Japan had a very rich history from ancient times to modern times. I salute Japan’s entrepreneurship, due to which Japan has a different identity in front of the world today.

Japan is associated with India with a thousand -year -old tradition of Gautam Buddha. Which is today a country -rich country with specific lifestyle and industrial style.

Export of $ 92.8 million product to Japan from Madhya Pradesh

In his address, CM Dr. Yadav said that Japan also has a strong relationship with Madhya Pradesh. Many items including aluminum, organic chemicals, boilers, machinery, pharmaceutical products are being exported from Madhya Pradesh to Japan today.

In 2023-24, $ 92.8 million was exported to Japan from Madhya Pradesh. Also, many industries related to Japanese manufacturer are operating in Madhya Pradesh.

Madhya Pradesh economy increased rapidly

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the economy of Madhya Pradesh has increased three times in a decade, which has been targeted to double in five years. Government expenditure including capital has increased by 19 percent, which signifies the state’s progress. About 65 thousand crores have been exported overall.

Global investors attracted by new investment policy

He said that investors of many countries of the world have increased interest in Madhya Pradesh. Our government is creating a new policy for many sectors including energy sector, mining, education, MSME, creating a favorable environment for investment. He assured the investors that even if the investors want any change and convenience, apart from the policy, the government will openly help them.

Immense possibilities of investment in these sectors

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that our policy in the field of logistic, garment, food processing, EV, IT is attracting big investors. Due to the good policy and intention of Madhya Pradesh, there is an incentive to increase commercial activities from all sides.

Big possibility in skill development

He said that our focus is on skill development. A large number of ITI, Polytechnic College, Engineering College are being operated in the state where youth of intellectual capacity are available. Japan and Madhya Pradesh together can provide technical and skill knowledge to these youth. Especially in many areas including engineering, medical health, youth can get a chance.

Invitation of Global Investors Summit

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that on February 24, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to inaugurate the Global Investors Summit in Bhopal. On February 24-25, there will be seminars to give information about investment in all these areas, where the possibility of investment will be discussed.

Earlier, senior officials of Madhya Pradesh Raghavendra Singh and Dr. Rajesh Rajaura gave detailed information about the possibilities of investment in the state with the economic progress of Madhya Pradesh through presentation.

MP An Ideal Destination for Investment

The Chief Minister described Madhya Pradesh as an ideal destination for investment and told about the main features of the state. He said that Madhya Pradesh is located in the center of India, which forms an ideal focal point for North, South, East and West. We have a huge industrial land bank, skilled youth work force and excellent infrastructure. Pithampur Automobile Cluster is a rapidly emerging industrial center, especially, which has brought immense possibilities for global investors.

The Chief Minister, while emphasizing the peaceful and disaster-free situation of the state, said that Madhya Pradesh is famous for peace and stability like Japan. The state is protected from natural disasters, which makes it even more favorable for investment. The simple and hard -working people here provide an excellent environment to industries with a commitment to technical skills and business.
Toyota invited to invest in Madhya Pradesh

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav invited Toyota to invest in Madhya Pradesh and especially emphasized the possibilities for training and empowerment of youth in technical jobs. He said that Madhya Pradesh is an ideal place for Toyota to establish its facilities and commercial expansion. Our industry policies are helpful in investment promotion and land availability and attracting global companies. Toyota officials appreciated Madhya Pradesh’s industrial environment and investment-friendly atmosphere and expressed their commitment to partnership with the state.
Investors invited to join GIS

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav told the investors that the Global Investors Summit is going to be held in Bhopal on 24-25 February 2025. This two -day summit has been organized for the purpose of better presentation of investment, climate and industrial infrastructure of Madhya Pradesh. This summit will provide several opportunities for possible cooperation in investment. This platform will be an opportunity for global leaders, industrialists and experts, where they will share their views on international markets and trends and discuss ways to maximize Madhya Pradesh’s investment possibilities. The Chief Minister invited Japanese industrialists to participate in “Invest Madhya Pradesh-Global Investors Summit-2025”.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav paid tributes to the statue of Mahatma Gandhi at Gandhi Park in Edogawa City in Tokyo, Japan. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while referring to Mahatma Gandhi’s principle of non -violence, said that Bapu’s ideals still inspire people all over the world. Linking the ideas of Mahatma Gandhi to India-Japan relations, he said that Bapu’s principle of non-violence matches the principles of Gautam Buddha of Japan. This reflects deep relations between the two countries.
