Many roads are being constructed in MP to reduce better connectivity and traffic pressure. Many roads are also being widened for eradicating distance from villages and cities, passengers comfortable and smooth. In which important decisions were taken. It was agreed to remove religious places before houses to widen roads. There was also a demand for compensation to the affected people when the house shop broke.
Simhastha is going to be held in Ujjain in the year 2028. For which the construction of Greenfield Road, bypass and roads is being done by spending more than 23 billion rupees. The government has received approval of three projects. Work will start after the tender is released.
Taking lessons from the KD Gate route widening in Ujjain, now shifts or their marked parts will be removed before the houses in the widening of other roads. For this, action will be taken by discussing with representatives of religious places and agreed. After this, the process of breaking the affected parts of the buildings will begin.
About half a dozen major routes in the city are to be widened regarding Simhastha-2028. There was an important meeting between the public representatives and the officials on Saturday. The meeting was attended by MLA Anil Jain Kaluhera, Mayor Mukesh Tatwal, Corporation President Kalavati Yadav, Collector Neerajkumar Singh, Corporation Commissioner Ashish Pathak as well as councilors and chief officers of the concerned area.
In the meeting, the public representatives said, “We are ready for widening the route in city development, but before breaking the houses of residents, action should be taken to shift religious places or remove their affected parts as per the need.” The administration should take action on the constructions to be removed in the road widening without any discrimination.
The public representatives also cited the widening of the KD Gate Road and said that due to lack of equal action, people’s houses are broken but the route is not completely widened. It was decided in the meeting that action will be taken in the action of widening first religious places, after which action will be taken to break the affected part of the buildings. Other important decisions were also taken in the meeting which lasted more than two hours.
Action on those who pass wrong maps
At the meeting, corporation president Kalavati Yadav said, to prevent waterlogging, make arrangements for drainage of drains in a systematic manner. Action should be taken against the officers who pass the wrong map and pass the master plan.
After the route is built, the roads do not have to be dug again for sewer, gas line etc., so include utility duct construction in the action plan.
Councilor Rajat Mehta said, just as compensation of 66 crores was given for removal of the building near Rudrasagar, if there is a provision in the scheme, then the affected people of the road widening should also be compensated. The collector said, there is no provision in action under the master plan. Will give FAR.
Sought compensation
Councilor Poonam Jaiswal said, two places in Ward-19 are already 60 feet wide, there should be action to remove encroachments. Those in which the buildings will break, they get compensation so that they can get renovation done. If not given compensation, exemption should be given in the property of 25-30 years. He also gave a demand letter in writing. The public representatives said, the situation should be made clear before the drain construction, electricity pole, central divider etc. Later there is no doubt.
In this regard, Collector Neerajkumar Singh says that preparations for widening the route will be completed before opening the tender. Before breaking the buildings, action will be taken regarding shifting religious places or removing the affected part. For this, the concerned stake holder will be discussed. The affected building owners will be given FAR immediately.
Roads will be built between Indore to Ujjain
About 48 km long road from Indore to Ujjain will be made Greenfield. Approval of Rs 1370.85 crore has been received for this. Along with this, 19.185 km long Ujjain Simhastha bypass will be constructed. It is estimated to cost Rs 701.86 crore on this four lane road. A two -lane road will be constructed from Ingoria in Ujjain to Depalpur. Which will be about 32.60 km long. The estimated cost of this work is Rs 239.38 crore. The order issued from the PWD states that this work should be done with available funds. It is also written in the order that no more should be spent than the amount provided in any situation.
Six-lane road will be built between Bhopal to Dewas
There is a preparation to set the road from the capital Bhopal to Dewas. It is currently a forelane. Its length is 141 kilometers. The road from Dewas to Indore is already six lane. The traffic between the three cities will be without any hindrance when there is a six lane from Bhopal to Dewas and Ujjain to Indore Road. It will also save a lot of time.
Flyover will be built in Ujjain
Traffic pressure has been increasing since the Mahakal Lok became. The Six Lane route will be constructed from Aurobindo Medical College in Indore to Hari Gate intersection of Ujjain. The project will be built in service road, two big bridges and Lae over.
Indore-Ujjain Road to be built on hybrid annuity mode
The project of Indore-Ujjain Road will be constructed on Hybrid Anti Mode. It will be made in two years. For which 395 crore rupees will be given by the Development Corporation. Apart from this, Rs 1012 crore will be governance in a period of 15 years through annuity. Along with this, 44 crore rupees for land acquisition and 241 crore rupees of GST were also provided. Due to this, the government will have to pay Rs 1297 crore.
Greenfield Road and Bypass
Greenfield road, bypass and other roads will be constructed for Simhastha Mahakumbh by spending more than Rs 23 billion rupees. Administrative approval has been received from the state government for all three works. Now tenders will be released soon. This year these construction works will start.
This work will be done by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation. About 48 km long road from Indore to Ujjain will be made Greenfield. The four lane will be made with a pewed shoulder. 1370.85 crore has been approved for this. Along with this, 19.185 km long Ujjain Simhastha bypass will be constructed.

Indore-Ujjain Road will be projet on hybrid annuity mode. In the construction period of two years, Rs 395 crore will be given to the agency Road Development Corporation. Apart from this, Rs 1012 crore will be governance in a period of 15 years through annuity. 44 crore will also be provided for land acquisition and supervision and 241 crore of GST. In this way the state will give a total of 1297 crore rupees.
Vehicles will run between Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain
Work is also going on on the plan to make Six lane from Bhopal to Dewas Road. It is currently four lane and its length is about 141 km. The route from Dewas to Indore is already six lane. In case of Bhopal to Dewas and Ujjain to Indore Road Six Lane, vehicles will be able to run without a splash between these three cities. This will also save fuel over time.
Fly over will also be built in Ujjain
Traffic pressure has increased in Ujjain after becoming Mahakal Lok. In such a situation, the six lane route will be constructed from Aurobindo Medical College in Indore to Hari Gate intersection of Ujjain. The project will also have a fly over in Ujjain including service road, two big bridges.
