The Consumer Grievance Redressal Camp is being organized every Monday by the Central Region Electricity Distribution Company. This camp is being organized at the distribution center or zone office level of the Central Region Electricity Distribution Company. In this, consumers are being resolved on the spot by consumers on the spot.

The company’s managing director Mr. Kshitij Singhal informed that in the period from September 2024 to January 2025, the complaints of 23 thousand 326 consumers have been satisfactory at the site itself. He said that the consumer can get the company’s distribution center or zone office level on Monday and whatever problems they have, they can sit face to face and solve them.

The managing operator has said that the bill complaints have been made mandatory to register through the company’s contact center 1912, the remedy app, chatwot or the company’s portal Portal.mpcz.in. Also, for the convenience of consumers, complaints are being lodged at the call center by the authorized employees on the zone or distribution center. He said that the complaints of consumers are being resolved within the time limit due to monitoring by senior officials. This is the reason why the complaints of consumers are also decreasing.
