After all, how can science be promoted in Pakistan? On this, Parvez Hudbhay said that for this we have to give up Mullaiyat. We do not have to see religion in everything. He said that a large section of us says that we have a Quran and everything is written in it. Apart from that we do not need anything else. Parvez Hudbhay is considered a logical academician. He has also written many popular books and has also been deeply studied on history.
The professor of Physics said that there are radical elements in India too, but they do not see any impression on education. He said that the education in India is of global standard. If Pakistan has to do something good then it will also have to improve education. You have to focus on science. He also mentioned the Mughal era during this period and said that there was no invention of any kind during this time. While narrating an incident, he said that when an English officer Ro came in the court of Shah Jahan, he showed many things including glasses, binoculars and said that we have invented him. Then the king said that this is a very good thing and what is their price. They were purchased by paying the price. This kind of attitude is dangerous.
The Mughals did not even build a university, did nothing for Ilm
