Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the government is working with full commitment to pay the dues of about 8 thousand workers of JC Mill of Gwalior. The government’s efforts have reached the last stage. Our effort is that on the lines of Hukumchand Mill of Indore and Vinod Mill of Ujjain, the liabilities of about 8 thousand workers of JC Mill should be paid as soon as possible and their Diwali should be celebrated with happiness. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said this in an important meeting organized in Gwalior with the aim of accelerating the efforts being made to pay the dues of JC Mill workers. Gwalior district in-charge and Water Resources Minister Tulsiram Silawat participated virtually in the meeting. Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar was present at the meeting.

In the meeting, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav asked High Court appointed liquidator Vyomesh Seth, who was involved in video conferencing, to assess the payment on the basis of old and new claims and present it before the High Court as soon as possible, so that the case of JC Mill workers pending in the High Court can be resolved. The matter related to payment should be resolved soon and the liabilities of the workers can be paid. Through video conferencing, he also instructed Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajoura and Principal Secretary Industries Raghavendra Singh to keep the action related to payment of JC Mill workers on top priority.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav discussed the liabilities of JC Mill workers by discussing with the ministers present virtually and physically in the meeting, representatives of JC Mill labor organizations, liquidator appointed by the High Court and senior officials of the state government of the Industries Department, Divisional Commissioner and other officials. To know the actual status of the action being taken regarding payment of Rs. Also instructions were given to speed up this action.

80 thousand people of Gwalior district will get employment from new industries.

In the meeting held in the auditorium of the Divisional Commissioner’s office on Tuesday, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the government will not only pay the dues of the workers at all the closed mills of the state including JC Mill of Gwalior and Sajjan Mill of Ratlam, but will also get the land of these mills. But the government will also establish new industrial units, so that the local people can get employment. In this series, 80 thousand to one lakh local people will get employment from the industrial units being established in Gwalior district alone. He said that a series of regional industries conclaves are being run by the government. Under this, industry conclaves have been organized in seven divisions of the state. Proposals for large scale investment have come forward in these. This will provide employment to more than four lakh people. He said that a world class industrial summit is going to be organized in the state in the month of February under the chief hospitality of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which will bring huge industrial investment to the state.

Government will also solve the problem of Kailaras Sugar Mill

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government will also solve the problems of the workers associated with Kailaras Sugar Mill in Morena district. Similarly, the workers of the closed soybean factory of Ujjain will be paid.

Every person in the state will have his own house by the year 2028

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government has created four missions. By combining these missions in 54 ministries, the government is working for the welfare of youth, women, farmers and the poor. The government is working with the aim that by the year 2028, every needy family in the state should have its own house, gas stove and employment arrangements for the family.

Minister in-charge Tulsiram Silavat said that due to the strong will of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, the liabilities of the workers of Gwalior JC Mill are going to be resolved. This will fulfill the years old demand of labor families.

Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, in true spirit of the head of the state, has taken serious steps to solve the problem of JC Mill workers. Also, take initiative to make SADA land available for industrial investment, so that Gwalior can again become the leader in industrialization.
