Along with the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh, the Mohan government of Madhya Pradesh has also made preparations to join hands step by step in the development of Chitrakoot. Madhya Pradesh government has prepared a detailed project report (DPR) worth Rs 750 crore for the development of Tapobhoomi. Along with many development works here, ‘Ramayana Experience Park’ will be built at a cost of Rs 100 crore on 80 acres of land in Rajola village, where a 151 feet high statue of Lord Shri Ram will be installed.

Ramayana Experience Park will be built for Rs 750 crore
Madhya Pradesh government has prepared a plan to develop Shri Ram’s Tapobhoomi as a world class religious and tourist destination. Under this, Rs 750 crore will be spent to develop modern transport services in the cities and places associated with the Ramayana period. The image of Shri Ram will be visible in the entire city. Ramayana Experience Park will also have huge statues of Mother Sita and Lakshman. There will be models of places of Ramayana period, 5D and 3D holograms and light-sound shows. Projects like Multi Facility Centre, Traffic Command Centre, new roads, additional bridge on Mandakini River have been included.

Spiritual meditation center will be built
A spiritual meditation center will also be built for the saints in Tapobhoomi, where one thousand saints will have the facility to stay. Comfortable cottages will be built. There will also be a cultural centre. There will also be a spiritual library, herbal garden and cowshed.

Places related to Ramayana will be developed
Important places related to Ramayana like Mokamgarh Fort, Sati Anusaiya Ashram, Gupt Godavari, Janaki Kund, Kamdagiri Parikrama, Sphatik Shila and Mandakini etc. will be developed. A multi facility center will be built in Hanuman Dhara in an area of ​​3750 square meters with a cost of Rs 24 crores.

New bridge will be constructed in Mandakini
Traffic command center will be built in Nayagaon at a cost of Rs 51 crore. Four major roads including Rajaula to Pilikothi road will be widened and improved with Rs 11 crore. A 130 meter long bridge will be built on Mandakini river, which will have a separate lane for pedestrians. Raghav Prayag Ghat will be renovated for Rs 33 crore. Where there will be facilities like voting and modern lighting.
