Gixxer Series Bikes: Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the OBD-2B compliant V-Strom SX and Gixxer Series motorcycles in new color options. Suzuki Motorcycle India has started the new year with a bang by launching its OBD-2B compliant bikes (OBD-2B compliant V-Strom SX) with new color options. This includes the V-Strom SX as well as 4 motorcycles of the Gixxer series (Gixxer SF250, Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF and Gixxer).
The price of Gixxer 250 is Rs 1.98 lakh. Starting from Rs. 2.16 lakh, the V-Strom SX is priced at Rs. 2.16 lakh.
V-Strom SX price starts at Rs 2.16 lakh and Gixxer 250 price starts at Rs 1.98 lakh. These bikes are as per the new government rules and are offering new color options to the customers. The ex-showroom price of Suzuki Gixxer starts at Rs 1,37,900 and the ex-showroom price of Gixxer SF starts at Rs 1,47,400.
Both the bikes are equipped with OBD-2B Compliant BS-6 engine.
Both these bikes have OBD-2B compliant BS-6 engines. This engine gives power of 13.6 PS and torque of 13.8 Nm. SEP technology has also been used in these. Available in 3 colors
Suzuki’s 250 cc motorcycles Gixxer and Gixxer SF are now available in 3 new colors – Metallic Triton Blue/Pearl Glacier White, Glass Sparkle Black and Metallic Ore Grey/Metallic Lush Green. These bikes have LED headlights and Gixxer-style LED tail lamps. These also have 6-spoke alloy wheels.
The ex-showroom price of Suzuki Gixxer 250 starts at Rs 1,98,000 and the ex-showroom price of Gixxer SF 250 starts at Rs 2,07,000. Both these motorcycles have a 250 cc engine with BS-6 OBD-2B standards. This engine generates power of 26.5 PS and peak torque of 22.2 Newton meters. SOCOS and SEP technology are also present in these.
Suzuki Ride Connect App, Dual Channel ABS
Suzuki Ride Connect app, dual channel ABS, 6-speed gearbox, sporty dual muffler and rear tire huggers are also provided in these bikes. Suzuki’s Gixxer series is called straight ahead sports bike. It is a great combo of style and performance.
Its new tagline Never Let Me Down reflects the strength and reliability of the engine. The Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250 are now available in 3 new color options namely Metallic Matte Black No. 2, Metallic Matte Black No. 2/ Metallic Matte Bordeaux Red and Metallic Triton Blue/ Pearl Glacier White.
Rear carrier with 6 kg capacity
The V-Strom SX, popular as Suzuki’s everyday explorer bike, is now available in new colors. These include Champion Yellow No. 2, Glass Sparkle Black and Metallic Sonoma Red. Its ex-showroom price in Delhi starts from Rs 2,16,000. The Suzuki V-Strom SX also features LED headlights and taillights along with a Bluetooth-enabled digital instrument cluster with Suzuki Ride Connect and a 6 kg capacity rear carrier.
Use of SOCS and SEP technology
Suzuki V-Strom SX has a 249 cc single-cylinder engine, which generates power of 26.5 PS at 9300 rpm and peak torque of 22.2 Newton meters at 7300 rpm. Suzuki Oil Cooling System (SOCS) and Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology has been used in it.
