Collector Vinay Kumar Langeh today conducted a surprise inspection of various offices located in the Collectorate premises. During this, he inspected the offices of Collector Court, NIC, Additional Collector, CHIPS, Election Branch, Establishment Branch, Treasury, Food Department, Land Officer, Tribal Development, Excise and Mineral Department. During the inspection, the Collector checked the presence of officers and employees, in which 86 government servants were found absent.
Let us tell you that the Collector has expressed deep displeasure over the absence of officers and employees and has instructed the Additional Collector to issue show cause notices to the absent employees. The Collector said that as per the intention of the government, all the officers and employees should reach the office on time and fulfill their government responsibilities. He also talked about taking strict action against those who are negligent at the workplace.
During the inspection, the Collector also took stock of the file system and cleanliness of the offices. He has given instructions to keep documents and files organized in all branches, maintain cleanliness and ensure adherence to office timings.
