Australia captain and fast bowling all-rounder Pat Cummins is the only bowler in the world to take 200 wickets in the World Test Championship (WTC) series. Cummins has achieved this important achievement against the Indian team in Sydney. It was under the captaincy of Cummins that Australia won the WTC title last year. Cummins scored a double century of his wickets by dismissing Washington Sundar in the second innings on the third day of the fifth Test match of the series against the Indian team. He has taken 73 wickets in 17 Tests against India in the 2023-25 WTC season. Cummins is at third place in terms of taking most wickets in a single session of WTC. In this list, Lion is first with 88 wickets while Bumrah is at second place with 77 wickets while Cummins is at third place. Cummins had dismissed Washington Sundar and Jasprit Bumrah in the first innings of the Sydney Test match, while in the second innings he had dismissed wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant.
