Dantewada.
Sakshi Surana, a resident of Geedam, a small town in Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh, has flown high. He has fulfilled his father’s dream. Now she has become a pilot. Now we are just one step away from flying. For this he has also got license from DGCA.
After taking training from Hyderabad, Sakshi reached her home after becoming a pilot. After this there was no joy in the entire house. Became a topic of discussion in the state and the country. He told that he has fulfilled his father’s dream. From the time he sat in the flight for the first time, he was determined to make me a pilot. The day I take my first flight will be in my father’s name. His father Jawahar Surana is a businessman and Congress leader. He said that when I was sitting in a flight for the first time and saw a woman pilot, the thought came to my mind that I would make my daughter a pilot. So that he too can fly high. Now his daughter has made his dream come true. She has proved that daughters are really no less than anyone. While narrating his success story, he said that initially I did not want to become a pilot but father had dreamed that his daughter would fly a plane one day. Determined to fulfill his dream. When I was taking training, only one thought came in my mind that this is my dream as well as that of my father, which has to be fulfilled. I took my primary education from a school in Dantewada. Then she went to Raipur for further studies. From there she went to Hyderabad to study piloting. It took about three years to complete the pilot’s studies. During this period, he acquired all the technical knowledge related to flying aeroplanes. When I got the DGCA license after studies, the first thing I did was put it in my father’s hand. They were very happy. Two months ago, two separate licenses were also received from DGCA. I have applied in Air India.
