Swiss socialite and actress Jocelyn Wildenstein, better known as ‘Catwoman’, has died at the age of 84. Joseline was in the news for her high profile divorce, due to which she became one of the richest people in the world. She was called Catwoman because she had undergone countless plastic surgeries to look like a cat. Apart from this, she was also arrested for attacking her boyfriend with scissors.
Jocelyn Wildenstein passed away on December 31 last year. It is said that after the legal proceedings of divorce, Joslin got a record-breaking settlement of 2.3 billion dollars i.e. more than Rs 2,000 crore and was given 100 million dollars every year for 13 years.

It is said that Jocelyn, born in an ordinary family in Switzerland, reached Paris and later went to Africa, where she met Alec in 1977. They got married only a year later. They got divorced in the year 1999. Reports say that in the year 1997 itself, Joseline had caught Alec red handed with a 21 year old Russian model and after this their relationship deteriorated and the matter reached the point of divorce.
After the divorce, Joseline remained in the news for her relationship with her boyfriend Alec. Joseline accused Klein of spending too much time on social media. It is said that Jocelyn threw hot wax on him and also scratched his face. Not only this, she had attacked her boyfriend’s chest with scissors. When police arrived, Klein had multiple injuries, including scissor wounds. Wildenstein said that Klein was holding him hostage.
Despite being a rich celebrity, he had to struggle with lawsuits like rent arrears and credit card debt. By 2018, Wildenstein had been declared bankrupt. She said in the documents filed in the court that she was unemployed and was completely dependent on the support of friends and family to meet her expenses.
