In fact, now the process of depositing bills on MP Online will also start from the last week of January 2025 i.e. from this month itself. Along with this, consumers will also be able to apply for new connections. The electricity company is giving gifts to consumers in the new year. Let us tell you that the power company has started the work of installing smart meters in 16 districts of its jurisdiction including Bhopal. Due to this, this new facility is also being started.
Company contract signed
Madhya Kshetra Electricity Distribution Company has signed a contract with MP Online to start the facility of online electricity bill payment.
During this, the company’s Managing Director Kshitij Singhal, Director Commerce Sudhir Kumar Srivastava and MP Online Chief Operating Officer Prashant Rathi were present.
Senior Publication Officer of the company, Manoj Dwivedi said that the company has given the gift to the electricity consumers of 16 districts falling under Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Gwalior and Chambal divisions of its jurisdiction.
Electricity consumers will now be able to get a new electricity connection by applying through MP online also.
