The police have arrested the accused of cheating and selling bank accounts in Madhya Pradesh from Chhattisgarh. All the accused are residents of Sakti, Chhattisgarh. The accused used to cheat retired employees by threatening that their pension would be withheld. The accused used to call himself an officer of the Treasury Department. They used to call retired employees and tell them that their pension is being put on hold. The accused had defrauded a complainant of about Rs 7 lakh on the pretext of updating her life certificate in the bank. A big revelation has come to light in the police investigation.
Job on the basis of fake certificate for 20 years, accused is responsible
A big matter has come to light in the education department of Balrampur district of Chhattisgarh. The District Education Officer is kind to the person who has been working on the basis of fake certificate for almost 20 years. Despite the complaint, the current District Education Officer Dr. DN Mishra has given the benefit of promotion and transfer to the said teacher. At the same time, the complainant has also made serious allegations against the District Education Officer. A year ago, the then Block Education Officer had demanded a departmental inquiry on the said teacher, but the present District Education Officer suppressed these orders and in collusion with the said person even gave a chance to get a stay from the High Court.
Actually, in Vadrafnagar development block of Balrampur district, a teacher named Kamleshwar Patel has been working on the basis of fake marks list for the last many years. A complaint about this was also made in the department. Kamleshwar Patel has mentioned in his service book that he has passed 12th in 1997, whereas the certificate he has mentioned has it written as “Supplementary”.
In this matter, the then Block Education Officer had demanded a departmental inquiry against the said teacher. But the current District Education Officer, Dr. DN Mishra, covered up the whole matter and reinstated teacher Kamleshwar Patel from suspension and posted him in Ramchandrapur development block. At the same time, by secretly amending its own order, it has been sent to Vadrafnagar development block, whereas a departmental inquiry should have been conducted on the said teacher, but after the collection and transaction of huge amount, such a big issue has been suppressed by the District Education Officer. In the entire matter, the applicants have also accused the District Education Officer of suppressing the matter by doing transactions.
When the team of Lalluram.com met District Education Officer D.N. in this whole matter. Mishra, he said that the matter will be investigated and action will be taken against the concerned. But the thing to note is that when his subordinate officer wrote a letter to the District Education Officer for a departmental inquiry against the said teacher, then why were such letters suppressed? Obviously, there must have been some benefit in suppressing such a big issue.
In the case, applicant Nirmal Patel told that Kamleshwar Patel is doing job on the basis of fake documents. Complaint about this was made to higher officials and police. The case was registered, the accused went to jail and was also suspended. But the current District Education Officer D.N. The case was suppressed due to Mishra’s connivance and big transactions. He issued a secret order and sent the accused back to work. Nirmal Patel said that he will fight as far as he has to and will ensure that the accused is punished. Presently the case is going on in Session Court Ramanujganj.
In the matter, Additional Collector Indrajit Verman said that a stay has been granted from the High Court. The matter will be called and appropriate action will be taken.
