Shahpura, E 7/D plot owner Mahesh Kumar Gurjar’s chief general Sachin Sehgal said that he has been continuously complaining for the last two and a half months to get the encroachments including illegal parking on the plot removed. Officials of Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board themselves have written a letter to the Municipal Corporation Commissioner, SDM and Habibganj Police on 4 October 2024 to remove encroachment-vehicle parking from the plot.
After which the Tehsildar had also constituted a team on 6 November 2024 for immediate action. But no one came to the spot to take action. Earlier in July, the District Collector himself had written a letter to remove the encroachment. Secondly, on December 13, the Collector wrote to the SDM to take action in the matter of construction of a road on a private plot after cutting of trees. But no action has been taken till now.
