All citizens including farmers should take adequate precautions in the changing weather: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that farmers will be given relief amount as per the provision for damage to crops due to natural disaster. The weather has changed in the country as well as in the state. The government is sensitive and stands with the farmers in any crisis.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government provides facilities to farmers to sell their crops through any medium. A decision will be taken soon to provide per hectare amount or necessary assistance regarding bonus to such small farmers who are unable to procure their crops and sell their crops on their own. After considering this, a decision will be taken to benefit those farmers who are financially weak or relatively not capable. Necessary instructions have been given at the district level regarding damage to crops due to hail, frost etc.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav called upon the farmers to take all precautions to protect themselves along with their crops in adverse weather. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that tube wells should not remain open in rural or urban areas. Keeping tube wells open is prohibited. In such cases, information should be given to the police station of the area as soon as information is received. Legal action will be taken against such negligence.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has also urged the citizens of the state to take precautions to protect themselves from untimely rain, cold etc.
