Mohan government is preparing for a major administrative surgery in the new year. There will be changes from ministry to districts. The goal of developed Madhya Pradesh will be made its basis. A blueprint is being prepared at the government level. The officers who lagged behind in the last year will be dealt with on the basis of the new formula. The vision document of Madhya Pradesh is being prepared.
In this, the government has fixed 8 working groups like industry, agriculture-forest products, infrastructure and urban development, education, health, services, good governance and civil services and financial planning and promotion. It is believed that there are already some capable officers in these groups but the performance of some is not good at all.
Administrative composition can be changed here
-Appointment of Commissioner in Administrative Unit Reorganization Commission and State Election Commission. Collectors who have become controversial in the districts are certain to be punished; those who have completed 3 years are also to be called back.
-In such districts where MLAs from both sides raised serious issues in the House and the government and administration had to face embarrassment, it is certain that the collectors will be punished.
-Commissioners and collectors with poor performance in the revenue campaign will also be targeted. During the fertilizer crisis, some collectors who were not able to make better distribution system in the districts and were not able to convince the farmers are also being said to be on the radar.
– In order to reduce the graph of complaints received through CM Helpline and other means, in such districts where complaints are being received again about closure without statutory resolution, those concerned officers can also be changed.
