Nowadays, many cases of digital arrest are coming up. A similar case also came up in Mumbai. But here the thug himself got upset after seeing the cleverness of the young man. The result was that after some time the scammer was forced to disconnect the phone himself. This video has been shared on Instagram. The scammer said that he was calling from Andheri East police station in Mumbai.
At the beginning of the video the police officer says that I am calling from Andheri East Police Station. The person answering the phone does not show his face. In return he placed his small puppy in front of the mobile camera. After this he says to the so-called policeman, ‘Take this sir. I have come in front of the camera. After this he takes the puppy closer to the camera.
On receiving such a reply, even the person calling the police officer is surprised. He starts smiling and turns his face away from the camera. On this the person says while keeping the dog on the camera. Hey this is me. Hey, police officer. Is it visible? Hey fake uniform. After this he starts laughing. Seeing all this the scammer also starts getting frustrated. He turns his face away from the camera and hangs up.
It is noteworthy that the cases of digital arrest have increased significantly in recent times. These cases have also troubled the authorities. Just a few days ago, a Japanese man living in Bengaluru was cheated of Rs 35.5 lakh. The scammers threatened to implicate him in a money laundering case. After this, money was collected from the youth through various means. At the same time, a techie from Bengaluru was digitally arrested and Rs 11.8 crore was extorted.
