The police has been successful in catching the gang that was trying to vacate the land in Ambikapur. In Ambikapur, Haryana’s henchmen used to work to vacate the encroached land. 5 accused of the gang have been arrested after bike robbery in Sitapur area.
Amolak Singh Dhillon, Additional Superintendent of Police, Surguja, while disclosing the matter, said that this gang had planned to work for the land mafia in Ambikapur. The gang has been caught after robbing a bike in Sitapur area. The bike of contractor Manish Aggarwal’s employee was looted by the gang. Five people have been arrested on the basis of CCTV footage.
All the accused are residents of Rohtak, Haryana. The accused had fled after robbing the bike. On the basis of CCTV footage, all five accused have been arrested from Subhashnagar of Gandhinagar area. A pistol, stick, Scorpio and bike have been seized from the gang. The Scorpio was of Haryana number, hence the CG number bike was looted, so that people do not get suspicious about traveling on a local number bike.
