Provide loans to beneficiaries through schemes – Collector
DLCC review meeting concluded

A review meeting of the District Level Consultative Committee (DLCC) was held today in the presence of Collector Dr. Kedar Singh in the Virat Auditorium of the Collector’s office. In the meeting, the Collector reviewed the loans distributed under Chief Minister Enterprise Revolution Scheme, PM Employment Generation Scheme, Birsa Munda Self-Employment Scheme and other schemes. The Collector instructed the bankers to ensure providing loans to as many beneficiaries as possible through the schemes of the state government. He strongly reprimanded the Manager of Maharashtra Bank, Shahdol Branch for making the applications received under various schemes ineligible and said that they should ensure to provide information as to why the applications received were made ineligible. The Collector said that as many entrepreneurs as possible should be registered in the Regional Industrial Conclave to be organized in Shahdol on January 16. In the meeting, the Collector was given information regarding the financial assistance being given by the bankers to the eligible people, farmers and small entrepreneurs and the targets set. Bank managers of various banks were present in the meeting.
