Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the whole day long Manthan-2024 event was meaningful. Mainly the work will be done as per the priority set by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the welfare of these four major sections, youth, poor, women and farmers. Four missions will soon be operational for this. Prime Minister Modi has propounded the importance of good governance. Keeping good governance in view, detailed discussions were held in the brainstorming camp meeting held today. According to the decision taken today, such consultation meetings will now be held at the department level. Serious discussions were held on Thursday on making Madhya Pradesh a hub in many areas. The members of the Council of Ministers have been instructed to review the departmental work. Greater public welfare is the aim of the state government.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Madhya Pradesh government will make continuous efforts to live up to the expectations of Prime Minister Modi. In order to ensure that senior patients get respect and facilities in hospitals in the state, separate rows and seating arrangements will be made for them. The number of medical facilities and medical education institutions in the state is continuously increasing. Efforts will also be made from the point of view of medical tourism in the state.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Regional Industry Conclave started to make the state an industrial hub has yielded successful results. He told that the Prime Minister will come to the Global Investors Summit to be held in Bhopal in February 2025. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that efforts for infrastructure development will be increased by following the liberal policy to provide land to industries. The industries themselves will implement various development works as per the allotted land, this will make it possible to increase the development and facilities of the state’s own assets.

On the occasion of ground-breaking ceremony of Ken-Betwa river linking project in Khajuraho on 25th December on the 100th birth anniversary of Atal ji, Prime Minister Modi said that Madhya Pradesh has established new dimensions of progress in one year. He appreciated the tourism of Madhya Pradesh and made special mention of Madhya Pradesh’s inclusion in the top 10 regions of the world full of tourism potential. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Madhya Pradesh government will always respect this special mention of Madhya Pradesh made by Prime Minister Modi. Madhya Pradesh will progress rapidly in various fields including tourism. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh will also work continuously in the field of medical tourism. 30 medical colleges are running in the state. In the coming year their number will exceed 50. Initiative has been taken to start five new Ayurvedic medical colleges and soon their number will increase to 60 in the state. There are 55 districts in the state, more medical colleges will be established in the state than these districts, due to which Madhya Pradesh will also become the hub of medicine.

Madhya Pradesh will become Sirmaur in various areas

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that talented youth of Madhya Pradesh go to other states for work and employment. A large number of youth will get work due to the development of information technology based industries, employment opportunities arising from the opening of new medical colleges, possibilities of work in the field of education and the pace of various works in the agriculture and renewable energy sectors. Madhya Pradesh will also become a hub in the tourism sector. Along with this, a hub will also be built in the medical field and IT. The proposals of the Regional Industry Conclave held at the division level will be implemented. Concrete efforts towards green economy, cleanliness and good governance will give impetus to the development of the state. Madhya Pradesh is ahead in the use of solar energy. The floating solar plant started in Omkareshwar is an example. Madhya Pradesh is the first state to establish renewable energy equipment manufacturing units in Mohasa-Bawai in Narmadapuram district. The task of providing not only cheap but also free electricity to farmers is becoming possible through the measures of renewable energy production. This is a revolutionary change.

It has also been discussed how departments of similar nature can jointly do the work.

There should be such efforts that the campaign to reduce malnutrition and the campaign to control TB in 23 districts are successful.

Ministers and senior officials should pay attention to the implementation of previous important announcements and decisions.

There is a need to increase efforts to control cyber crime, for this, attention should be paid to the implementation of the prescribed strategy.

The process regarding restarting Madhya Pradesh State Transport Corporation in the state has been started.

For the development of cities, ways are also being drawn to get maximum support from the Government of India for infrastructure development on the basis of population as per Tier-2 and Tier-3 categories.

The scheme of Geeta Bhavans in Vrindavan villages and cities will be implemented soon.

The development of Krishna Patheya and the works of Ram Van Gamanpath will be given impetus.

Instructions have been given to make long term plans. The decision to give permanent land to the ashrams for organizing Simhastha-2028 will also increase the necessary facilities in Ujjain.

The year 2025 will be the year of industry. In the field of renewable energy, ministers should do such work that the electricity bills of farmers become zero. Priority should be given to installation of solar powered pumps.

In order to provide respect and facilities to the elderly citizens in hospitals, it has been considered to make such arrangements that there should be a separate queue for them.

There was discussion on implementing night shift in industries with safety and order.

Management of cow shelters is being given priority. By doing an innovative experiment in Indore, Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya has encouraged the practice of celebrating birthdays in cow shelters. This model should be adopted in the state. So that along with cleanliness, the feeling of respect towards mother cow is strengthened. After Gwalior, the cow shelters being operated by setting up a CNG plant in Ujjain are getting benefits. A similar cow shelter will be established in Bhopal which will have a capacity of about ten thousand. Bhoomipujan of this cow shelter has been done.

Instructions have also been given to adopt animal husbandry as an important measure to reduce poverty. The state’s milk production is 9 percent of the country’s milk production. The target is to increase it to 20 percent.

Medical colleges are increasing in the state. From this point of view, the model of self-financing system will be used.

Employment possibilities for youth in the agriculture sector have to be realized.

Youth are getting work in many sectors in the state. Instructions have been given to remove the discrepancy in the names of those who have received employment being included in the list of unemployed. For this, instructions have been given to improve the registration process and keep the list updated.

Maintain high level tourism arrangements. Work should be done by removing the shortcomings and planning. Instructions have been given in this regard.

The work of expanding the rail network is going on in the state. Ministers should also make efforts to increase railway facilities. Getting the benefit of better railway facilities will help in strengthening the economy of the state.
