Due to its effect, there is a possibility of rain in many districts including Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur. During this period, hailstorm may also occur at many places.

According to the Meteorological Department, due to the south-easterly direction of the winds, moisture is coming from the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal along with the winds. Due to which fog and mist have persisted in Madhya Pradesh. The densest fog of the season has engulfed the capital Bhopal.
Chances of rain in these districts
According to the Meteorological Department, a new rain system may become active in the state from today. Due to which there is a possibility of rain in many districts on 27th and 28th December. Due to activation of new weather system, Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Ujjain, Bhind, Datia, Shivpuri, Ashoknagar, Vidisha, Sehore, Raisen, Narsinghpur, Narmadapuram, Harda, Betul, Khandwa, Burhanpur, Alirajpur, Sagar, Narsinghpur, Damoh, Panna. , Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh, Dindori, Anuppur, Shahdol, Umaria, Rain may be seen at isolated places in Maihar, Satna and Niwari. During this period, hailstorm may also occur at some places. On one hand, farmers will get relief due to rain, on the other hand, there is a possibility of damage to crops due to hailstorm.

AQI level increased due to fog and mist
Due to fog and mist, visibility has decreased and pollution has increased in the state. AQI in many cities of Madhya Pradesh including the capital Bhopal is in the very poor category. Bhopal’s AQI level has crossed 300. AQI was recorded at 332 in Idgah Hills of the city, 308 in Environment Complex and 332 in TT Nagar. Sagar has recorded 361, Dewas 356, Indore Pithampur 312, Singrauli 318 AQI. At the same time, pollution has increased due to PM 2.5 and PM 10 particles not being able to go up due to smog.
Know when there will be severe cold
According to the Meteorological Department, as soon as the period of rain and hailstorm ends from the state, the humidity in the weather will increase. Due to which there will be a drop in temperature and there is a possibility of severe cold returning once again. Because, as soon as the effect of rain ends, the effect of icy winds will be seen once again in the state. And with this, severe cold may start.

The maximum temperature of the state dropped on Wednesday. The maximum temperature in the capital was recorded at 22.5 degrees Celsius, which was 4.5 degrees Celsius less than Tuesday’s temperature of 27 degrees.

The first Mavtha of the season also fell in Madhya Pradesh. It rained in Sehore and Bhind on the night of Monday-Tuesday. Whereas on Tuesday, there was drizzle in Panna, Datia, Tikamgarh, Barwani, Khajuraho, Niwari, Morena, Bhind, Ashoknagar, Sheopur. It remained cloudy throughout the day in the capital Bhopal.
Minimum temperature of the districts of the state
Talking about the minimum temperature of major places, 11.8 degree Celsius was recorded in Pachmarhi, 14 in Bhopal, 11.5 in Gwalior, 15.3 in Indore, 15.5 in Jabalpur, 13.5 in Mandla, 12.5 in Umaria, 13.3 in Naugaon, 11.5 in Khajuraho and 13.6 degrees Celsius. If we look at the maximum temperature, the maximum temperature recorded was 22.5 degree Celsius in Bhopal, 21.8 degree Celsius in Indore, 24.3 degree Celsius in Pachmarhi, 23.5 degree Celsius in Ujjain, 23.5 degree Celsius in Jabalpur.
