In Paunsara village of the district today, villagers surrounded the police station to remove the illegal encroachment of the land mafia. They also warned of staging a protest at the police station if their demands were not met. Since then there is a tense situation in Koni police station. The administration seems to be in alert mode regarding the matter.
Actually, land mafia Sanjay Singh has captured one acre of government land in village Paunsara. Angered by this, the villagers united in large numbers today and surrounded the Koni police station. Due to which a tense situation was created in the police station. The villagers allege that land mafia Sanjay Singh threatens to kill the villagers and implicate them in a false case. The villagers have demanded removal of illegal encroachment and have warned of a dharna at the police station if their demands are not met. Let us tell you that former BJP MLA Rajneesh Singh is a resident of Paunsara village.
Demand for construction of building from MLA Sushant
The villagers have demanded from MLA Sushant Shuk to construct a building for the society. By writing a letter it was told that 50 decimile land has been identified in Gram Panchayat Paunsara for Dhuri community in Dhuripara Mohalla of Gram Panchayat Paunsara. At present there is difficulty in organizing social programs of Dhuri Samaj. For which there is a demand to return the land.
