During the Brave Children’s Day week, students made pictures of martyrs.

On the occasion of ‘Veer Bal Diwas’ week, various activities are being organized in the educational institutions of the state till 26th December. During this, students in schools made paintings on the martyrdom of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s brave sons Sahibzada Zorawar Singh and Fateh Singh.

In many schools of the state, through painting, essay writing, poetry and digital presentation on the topics ‘India of my dreams’, ‘What makes me happy’, ‘Role of children in nation building’ and ‘My vision for developed India’. Expressed his views from. Prayer meetings and special sessions were organized in many schools and inspirational stories of children who received the Prime Minister’s National Children’s Award were narrated to inspire the students. It is noteworthy that the brave sons of the 10th Sikh Guru Gobind Singh Ji sacrificed their lives on 26 December 1705 at the young age of 9 and 6 years respectively. These events were organized in schools to pay tribute to these two great child heroes. In this regard, the School Education Department had issued instructions to the District Education Officers.
