The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 fixtures and groups have been announced by the ICC. The tournament will begin on February 19 in Karachi and the final will be held on March 9. There will be 15 matches in this tournament of eight teams and this competition will be played in Pakistan and Dubai. In Pakistan, matches will be played at three venues in Rawalpindi, Lahore and Karachi. There will be three group games at each venue in Pakistan, with Lahore also hosting the second semi-final. Whereas along with three group matches involving India, the first semi-final will be played in Dubai.
The final will be held in Lahore on March 9. But if India qualifies for the final, in that case it will be played in Dubai. There will be reserve days in both the semi-finals and final. Pakistan will face New Zealand in the Group A tournament opener on February 19 in Karachi. The Dubai leg will start from the next day with the match between India and Pakistan.
Group B will begin on February 21, when Afghanistan will take on South Africa in Karachi. On Saturday (February 22), rivals England and Australia will face each other in Lahore, and the next day (February 23) will be the much-awaited Pakistan-India match. This match will be played in Dubai.
Let us tell you that the eight teams competing in the Champions Trophy are the teams ranked in the top eight positions in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 points table. Group A of the tournament includes current Champions Trophy holders and hosts Pakistan, India, New Zealand and Bangladesh, while Group B includes Cricket World Cup 2023 champions Australia, Afghanistan, England and South Africa.

5 March: Semi-final 2, Lahore, Pakistan
March 9: Final, Lahore (unless India qualify, it will be played in Dubai)
