Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Indore is the city of Mother Goddess Ahilya, which has been synonymous with development. During his tenure, there has been amazing development of Dev places across the country. Indore is currently the cleanest city in the country. It also tops the country in IT, health, education, smart city works etc. Now the work to make Indore top in every field will be done rapidly. By overall development of Indore, Indore will be put at par with the major metros of the country. He said that Nehru Stadium of Indore will be rebuilt. There is immense potential for development of IT here, keeping this in view an IT summit will soon be organized in Indore. A new grand building of Indore Municipal Corporation will also be built. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the inauguration and ground-breaking ceremony organized under the Jan Kalyan Parv in Indore on Friday. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of development works worth more than Rs 1249 crore for Indore.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has said that river linking project will write a new chapter of development in the state. Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country where work on two river linking projects is going on simultaneously. These projects are taking shape under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. By connecting the rivers through these projects, former Prime Minister Late. His respect will always remain. Panch Teerths have been developed to perpetuate the memories of Baba Saheb and to express respect towards him. Five major places associated with his life have been given the status of pilgrimage sites. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while giving information about the activities being carried out under Jan Kalyan Parv and Chief Minister Jan Kalyan Abhiyan, called upon the citizens to take advantage of them. He said that through the public welfare campaign, the benefits of 76 schemes and services of the government are being delivered to the common people from door to door.

Urban Development and Housing Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav is also in-charge of our Indore district. Under his leadership, Indore city will be number one in every field. We are number one in cleanliness, we are number one in water conservation. Now efforts have been started to make Indore number one in environment also. 51 lakh saplings have been planted in Indore. It has also been resolved that 51 lakh saplings will be planted every year for the next 5 years. We all will together try to reduce the temperature of the city by 5 degrees. He said that planning is being done to relieve Indore from the traffic problem. Will improve the traffic of Indore and make it number one.

Water Resources Minister Tulsiram Silavat said that whatever Indore does, it does wonders. This is happening for the first time in Indore when Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has given the gift of development worth Rs 1249 crore in a single day. Indore has become a model of development. A new foundation for development and progress is being laid here. Referring to river linking projects, he said that now there will be an expected increase in irrigation and drinking water facilities in Madhya Pradesh. By giving concrete shape to these projects under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, former Prime Minister Late. Vajpayee’s resolutions are being fulfilled.

Indore gets development works worth Rs 1249 crore

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gifted development works worth Rs 1249 crore to Indore. He performed the bhoomi pujan of the construction of STP and laying of sewer line worth Rs 511.12 crore in Indore city. Also, 22 new roads of master plan to be built at a cost of Rs 442 crore in Indore city, development work of MR-10 to MR-12 link road to be built at a cost of Rs 43 crore, behind Kasturba Garden to be built at a cost of about Rs 8 crore. Martyr’s Memorial to be built at a cost of Rs 1.20 crore under Sports Complex, Prateek Setu, at a cost of Rs 1.15 crore in Ward No. 34. Performed Bhoomi Pujan for the beautification and widening work of the intersection. He inaugurated and performed bhoomi pujan of many development works related to the development of the city including a new water distribution pipeline costing Rs 21 crore, a new sewer line in Smart City ABD area costing Rs 5.50 crore and a green waste plant of 100 tonne capacity. In the program, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated the document digitization of Municipal Corporation Indore and distributed benefits to the selected beneficiaries under various government schemes.
