A major attack has taken place in the Upper District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. This is the biggest attack in Makin area in months. In this, 16 soldiers of Pakistan were killed and 8 were injured. “A security post in the Lita Sar area was attacked late at night,” a police officer said, The Khorasan Diary reported. Continuous terrorist attacks are being seen in Pakistan on the border with Afghanistan. Here the terrorists of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan keep attacking every day.

Earlier on October 5, 16 Pakistani soldiers were killed in several terrorist attacks. Seven soldiers were killed and two were injured in the attack in Khurram district. Globally designated terrorist organization Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) reportedly claimed responsibility for the violence. It is believed that TTP terrorists are also involved in Saturday’s attack. TTP attack is the cause of tension between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Accused of attacks on TTP

According to official figures, hundreds of security personnel have lost their lives this year alone as a result of intensified attacks by the TTP-led in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and separatist ethnic Baloch insurgents in Balochistan province. Pakistan alleges that TTP terrorists get support from the Taliban government of Afghanistan. However, Taliban has been saying that it is not allowing its land to be used for terrorist activities.
