Initially it was being said that Chief Minister Mohan Yadav would face problems due to the presence of all the veterans in the Mohan cabinet, but the Chief Minister managed to run the government successfully by maintaining better coordination with everyone. After this, his government also showed maturity in the state budget, a budget of Rs 3 lakh 65 thousand crore was presented, which is the highest till date. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is moving forward on the line of Hindutva by celebrating Janmashtami and Govardhan Puja at the government level by linking it with culture, promoting religious tourism and increasing the amount of cow fodder in cow rearers and cowsheds. As an experienced sportsperson, the Chief Minister not only led his party and government inside the Assembly but also spoke fluently on all issues and presented them before everyone.

By winning all 29 seats in the state in the Lok Sabha elections, Chief Minister Yadav demonstrated his political skills to the BJP leadership and proved that he fits their decisions. By working hard for his party in the Lok Sabha elections, the Chief Minister defeated his opponents also. Those who were thinking that he would bring about a change of leadership in the state after 6 months, the Chief Minister silenced all the opponents from the party and the opposition by running the government with the success of the Lok Sabha elections and efficient management. The Chief Minister has also maintained good coordination with the MLAs and he constantly gives time to meet the MLAs. Mohan government has also made a plan to provide work worth Rs 100 crore to the MLAs in their areas.

While starting his tenure, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav took two most important steps, one was that he took Hindutva, the core ideology of the party and RSS, in his hands and made the streak longer, secondly, he focused on industrialization and investment, which would lead to the development of the state, youth development. The future and solution of unemployment and the economic development of the state are linked. In the last one year, Mohan Sarkar laid emphasis on giving priority to construction of Ramvan Pathgam, decision to construct Krishna Pathey by combining the places related to the pastimes of Lord Krishna, celebration of Geeta Jayanti, construction of Geeta Bhawans and saving cultural heritage and propagation of religion. Focusing on industrialization and investment from the very beginning, Chief Minister Yadav organized investors’ summits and road shows to attract industrialists from different areas and outside the state and from other states and abroad to invest in the state, due to which MOUs worth crores were signed. Mohan Sarkar has made many achievements in its one year tenure. Expressing his sensitivity towards the common man, sensitive Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, as soon as he came, approved an amount of Rs 464 crore for payment to hundreds of workers of Hukumchandra Mazdoor Mill of Indore, who were struggling for their rights for years. On the same lines, the government has decided to pay the dues of the workers of JC Mill of Gwalior that have been pending for two and a half decades. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav innovated the Regional Industry Summit, under which the Government has organized Regional Industry Summit (Investors Summit) to promote industry and investment in Ujjain, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Sagar, Rewa and Narmadapuram. . In which investment proposals worth several thousand crores have come from renowned industrialists. Outside the state, the Chief Minister attracted industrialists and investors through road shows in Mumbai, Coimbatore, Bangalore and Kolkata. From here the government has received investment proposals worth more than Rs 1 lakh crore. At the same time, the Chief Minister took a fast step and invited foreign investors to visit UK and Germany and, presenting a unique example of ‘Ease of Doing Business’, allotted land to the German investor in Bhopal from there itself. During his visit to UK and Germany, he received investment proposals worth Rs 78,000 crore, which is a huge achievement in itself.

Mohan Sarkar has worked in all sectors during one year. Continuing the Chief Minister Ladli Lakshmi Yojana for women empowerment, Rs 1250 will be continuously given to eligible women every month. The amount is being given in their bank accounts. Reservation in government jobs has been increased to 35 percent. Mohan government implemented Rani Durgavati Shree Anna Protsahan Yojana to promote the production of Shree grains for the farmers, under this scheme, Rs 10 per kg will be given to the farmers producing Shree grains – Kodo-Kutki, Ragi, Jowar, Bajra etc. are. Tendupatta collection rate has been increased to Rs 4,000 per bag. The scheme of providing short-term crop loans to farmers at zero percent interest rate through cooperative banks has been continued. This will benefit the farmers and common citizens (approximately 40 lakh people) of 11 districts of the state. The Ken-Betwa river project will greatly benefit the Bundelkhand area, this will be one of the biggest achievements of the Mohan government. The government is also going to provide solar pumps to one lakh farmers. Under the mantra of public welfare and good governance, a revenue campaign was launched in the state, under which more than 80 lakh cases related to revenue in rural areas were settled.

Mohan Yadav government has decided to open cyber tehsils in all the tehsils of the state in order to provide benefit to the last mile person and for the convenience of the common people. In order to make the process of buying and selling of property simple and easy, a new technology of e-registration and e-stamping of property ‘Sampada 2’ was started, under which registration can be done sitting at home and fraud will also be curbed. A commission was formed to redraw the boundaries of the districts. The decision to develop Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior and Jabalpur as metropolitan cities is worth mentioning with the aim of strengthening the economy of Madhya Pradesh and promoting commercial and business activities.

The government has taken many steps in the field of higher education. Out of 570 government colleges, the college in every district has been upgraded as ‘PM College of Excellence’. It is noteworthy that while being the Higher Education Minister, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav had implemented the new National Education Policy in the state. The government will provide Rs 1 to the students till PM College of Excellence. Excellence Vidyarthi Bus Service has been started to reach the students. BAC Agriculture and Dairy course has been started in the state for the study of farming. Medical and IIT colleges are being opened rapidly in the state. According to the Rishi tradition, the Vice Chancellor of the universities is now known as Vice Chancellor in the Mohan government. This time the government has significantly increased the budget for school education. Both the departments have been united by merging the erstwhile Medical Education and Public Health and Family Welfare Department. In view of law and order and administrative arrangements, Chief Minister Yadav has given a strong message by taking strict action against senior officials.

In the last one year, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has also been successful in increasing his political stature, his party BJP used him as a star campaigner at the national level and the party also got success. During the Lok Sabha elections, he was used for campaigning in the state as well as in states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, and recently in the assembly elections of Haryana, Maharashtra, Jammu and Kashmir, he was also used as the Chief Minister for the party. campaigned and BJP won in most of the places. This also proves that the acceptance of Dr. Mohan Yadav has extended to the central leadership of BJP. Also, Mohan Yadav has emerged as a new OBC leader for BJP.

It can be estimated from the beginning of the one year tenure of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav that when the beginning is like this, then it can be understood what will be the pace of development in the next 4 years. The Chief Minister comes from Ujjain, the city of Mahakal and the upcoming Simhastha-2028 is among his priorities. Assembly elections will be held only in 2028. Chief Minister Yadav’s deep faith in Hindutva and his interest in religious tourism have linked Hindutva with development and culture. He wants to take Madhya Pradesh to new heights by writing a new story of development in the coming years, which is clearly reflected in his working style.
