BJP Yuva Morcha workers gheraoed the Congress office in Indore in protest against Rahul Gandhi pushing BJP MP Pratap Sarangi outside the Parliament. BJYM workers also threw black ink and slippers in the office. The workers also clashed with the police who came to stop the demonstration. BJP workers alleged that Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s conduct was objectionable both inside and outside the Parliament. The police tried to disperse the workers, due to which the situation became tense. BJP leaders have demanded an apology from Rahul Gandhi.
Scuffle between MPs outside the House
70-year-old BJP MP Pratap Sarangi fell and got injured during a demonstration by Congress MPs outside the Parliament in the capital Delhi on Thursday. Sarangi made serious allegations against Rahul Gandhi and said that the Congress leader pushed him, due to which he fell and blood started flowing from his head.
Congress’s demonstration outside the Parliament
The incident occurred when Congress MPs were protesting outside the main gate of Parliament, when BJP MPs Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput were trying to enter Parliament. Both got injured in the scuffle. Pratap Sarangi has been admitted to the hospital after being injured. An FIR has also been lodged against Congress leaders in this matter.
