In the chief hospitality of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, ‘Honor and Promotion Ceremony of Sports Talents’ will be held today at 12:30 pm at Tatya Tope Sports Stadium on the occasion of Chief Minister’s Jankalyan Parv. The program will be presided over by Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Shri Vishwas Kailash Sarang. This event is being organized by the Sports and Youth Welfare Department to honor the best players of Madhya Pradesh. Talented players of Madhya Pradesh will be honored in the programme. In this context, Minister Shri Sarang reviewed the event with sports officials in his chamber in the Assembly and gave necessary guidelines.
Minister Shri Sarang said that the ceremony should be dignified and grand. Kit distribution to players, honoring of best players and other sports promotion activities should be included in the ceremony. Excellent players, coaches and local public representatives should be invited in this. Cooperation of people involved in sports activities should be taken. Arrangements for branding and boarding of the program should also be ensured.
Minister Shri Sarang said that checks should be distributed symbolically to the children who win gold in sports scholarship. Distribution of kits to players, distribution of incentive amount to international players, incentive amount for operation of training centers etc. should also be ensured in the function. Short films based on achievements should also be screened at the function. In the meeting, Director Mr. Ravi Kumar Gupta, Joint Director Mr. B.L. Yadav, Deputy Secretary Shri Sanjay Jain and other officers were present.
