One year of resolve to build developed Madhya Pradesh with heritage

Dr. Mohan Yadav

Bhopal

Madhya Pradesh, the heart province of the country, is famous for its glorious history and world famous cultural traditions. From the beginning of creation till now, many signs of human civilization are present on the land of Madhya Pradesh. There is ample land wealth, forest wealth, water wealth and mineral wealth here. We have moved forward with the resolve to save the heritage of the state along with the development of Madhya Pradesh in the last one year.

It is our good fortune that Madhya Pradesh and the people of the state are getting the benefits of the double engine government. In this special combination, the state has set many records of development with innovations. These days, Jankalyan festival is being celebrated in the state. It is a celebration of the prosperity of the state. Many future possibilities will take shape in this. The government, administration and people of the state will together flow the Ganga of development. Your government will be at your door and the interests of the people will reach the people. New gifts will also be included in this.

I am happy to inform that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, former Prime Minister, Rev. Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s dream of river linking is being implemented in Madhya Pradesh. Prime Minister Modi will lay the foundation stone of Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal Link Project on 17th December and Ken-Betwa Link Project on 25th December. It is a matter of joy that Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country where work on two river interlinking projects is being done. By connecting the water sources, the water level of the earth will improve, our villages and areas will have access to water and the farmers will get sufficient water for irrigation. The way possibilities for agriculture, industry, tourism and spiritual tourism are developing in the state. In this, poverty will be completely eliminated through the trinity of industrial revolution, green revolution and tourism revolution.

Recently, an effort has been made to connect every village of Madhya Pradesh with industrialization and modern products by organizing Regional Industry Conclave. In future, industry conclaves will be organized at the district level also. Road shows in Hyderabad, Coimbatore and Mumbai and inviting industrialists from UK and Germany to invest in the state are initiatives for industry expansion. This is the first innovation made for the industry from regional to global level.

The Prime Minister has talked about respect for knowledge (GYAN), poor, youth, food providers and women for building a developed India. We have prepared a roadmap for overall development focused on these 4 pillars. The state government is going to implement poor welfare, youth power, farmer-welfare and women power missions.

Our aim is to ensure the welfare of the last person on the last line and give them the opportunity to build a better future. The government is fulfilling every need of life of every poor person in the state, from education, writing, medicine, job and accommodation. Now the activities and works being done in the Poor Welfare Mission will improve the standard of living of every poor, their prosperity will give impetus to the development of the state. It is because of our sensitivity towards the poor that we have solved every problem related to the mill, from the 30 years old dispute of Hukumchand Mill to the workers of the mill and have given them their rights, while we have also started air ambulance service for poor patients suffering from serious illness. .

Youth have the power to make the nation prosperous. It is necessary that the youth should be hardworking, thoughtful and connected to their traditions. Accordingly, education and training is being given to the youth. The National Education Policy prepared under the guidance of the Prime Minister was first implemented in Madhya Pradesh. Skilled youth are being prepared here. PM College of Excellence will provide excellent education in all the districts of the state. With the inclusion of Indian knowledge tradition and age-appropriate education, the youth will know about their rich heritage and will open the doors to building a better future. With the construction of sports complexes in every development block, sports talents will emerge from every village.

Yuva Shakti Mission includes achieving the goal of all-round development along with education, qualification and skill building of the youth of the state in modern technology. Skilled youth are establishing their self-employment in the state. At the same time, the campaign to recruit about 2.5 lakh youth in government services has also started.

Madhya Pradesh is an agricultural state. Under the Farmers Welfare Mission, concrete efforts will be made towards increasing agricultural production. In the next 5 years, the area under irrigation will be increased from 50 lakh hectares to 1 crore hectares. Arrangements have been made to provide loans to farmers at zero percent interest, from fertilizers, seeds to the sale of produce. Solar pumps will be installed in the farmers’ fields, through which they will generate their own electricity for their own use. We are trying to ensure that farmers get the benefit of every drop of water. We want farmers to do worry-free farming and live a happy life. There is an effort to make every farmer a cow herder and every house a cow protector. Madhya Pradesh should not only be at the top in the country in agricultural production but also become a milk producing and milk exporting state, that is why grants are being given for cow rearing in Madhya Pradesh.

Women are at the center of building family, society, nation and creation.

The importance of women is mentioned in Indian philosophy. For women’s welfare, economic, social, educational and political empowerment of women will be done under Nari Shakti Mission. Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country where reservation for women in government services has been increased from 33 percent to 35 percent. For the honor and self-respect of sisters, financial support has been provided to women through Ladli Brahmin Yojana and to lakhs of girls of the state through Sanitation and Hygiene Scheme.

The work of cultural revival has been going on for the last decade under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. An important step has been taken towards preserving the rich and glorious heritage of the state. Shri Ram’s Van Gaman Path, performing the duties of Shri Ram and dedication to nation building will provide the basis to bind the whole of India together. In Shri Krishna Patheya, all those places where there are souvenirs of Shri Krishna are being developed as pilgrimage sites. The message of Gita related to work, duty, religion and culture and the pastimes of Shri Krishna will be engraved at those places, so that people become aware of Karmayoga and become hard-working and religious citizens.

Madhya Pradesh government is a reflection of public opinion and public sentiment. Our society lives by preserving its heritage, that is why the government formed by the society has also started celebrating its festivals together with the society. It has been my endeavor to make the life of the people of the state comfortable, simple and easy. For the convenience of the public, online arrangements were made for transfer, distribution and e-registration from cyber tehsil at home. Redefinition of police station boundaries will provide quick relief to people in times of crisis. Construction of Medicity in Ujjain, initiative of opening 51 medical colleges will guarantee the health of the people of the state, Indore-Manmad railway line, strengthening of National Highway and construction of metropolitan city will lead to qualitative increase in development.

The Prime Minister’s resolve is to establish the country as the world’s top power by 2047, the centenary of independence. Madhya Pradesh is committed to becoming a partner in this development journey of India. Our effort is to double the economy of the state.

The resolution letter of our government regarding the development and progress of the state is being worked on at a fast pace. We will fulfill each resolution in the coming 4 years.

On the occasion of Jan Kalyan Parv started in the state, I urge the eight and a half crore people of the state to come together to achieve the goal of building a glorious and prosperous India, let us move together and move forward together.
