After the defeat in Vijaypur by-election, differences were revealed in the statements of Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. After this, both the veteran leaders met for the first time in Delhi. Both of them greeted each other and this picture also came in front of everyone. During the meeting held at the residence of Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, both the leaders talked for half an hour.
It is noteworthy that in the recently held Vijaypur by-election in Madhya Pradesh, the Bharatiya Janata Party had to face a crushing defeat. After this the question arose that despite being included in Star Pracharak, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia did not reach Vijaypur to campaign. On the other hand, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said that the party had not invited him to campaign in the Vijaypur by-election, hence he did not reach.
At the same time, on behalf of the party, Bhagwandas Sabnani clearly said that Chief Minister Mohan Yadav had invited the Union Minister, but due to his busy schedule he could not go. There were clear differences in the rhetoric going on between the two veteran leaders. After this statement, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia met for the first time in Delhi.
According to senior journalist Sunil Jain, even though there was no discussion on the Vijaypur by-election defeat during this meeting, the picture of the two leaders facing each other is definitely trying to convey that there is no difference of opinion between them.
