The accused who hunted wild animals Nilgai and wild boar by applying electric current were punished with rigorous imprisonment of 3 years each and a fine of Rs 60,000 each. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chhindwara, in the case of hunting of wild animals Nilgai and wild boar in the forest range Khamarpani Pench Tiger Reserve, has sentenced the accused Rampal father Sukhlal Banjara resident Dongargaon and Raju father Kaman Ivanati resident Rayatwadi to 3-3 years imprisonment and 60-60 years imprisonment. Was punished with a fine of thousand rupees.

Abhaydeep Singh Thakur, Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer, Chhindwara, represented the state government in the case.
