In the popular TV show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ on Friday, host Amitabh Bachchan asked a question related to the ‘Lokpath’ app developed by the Madhya Pradesh government. PWD Minister Rakesh Singh has expressed gratitude to Amitabh Bachchan on this. Actually, Lokpath is an app developed by Madhya Pradesh government for quick solution to the problems of damaged roads.
This participant was Rachit Beltharia from Narsinghpur district of Madhya Pradesh, who answered this question correctly. PWD Minister Rakesh Singh has thanked film actor Amitabh Bachchan for giving place to Madhya Pradesh’s innovation in KBC.
He said that in just 6 months this application has established its identity at the state as well as country level. Due to this the quality of roads of Madhya Pradesh has improved. Because common people can also send their report directly to the department as soon as they see a pothole on the road.

More than 4536 complaints received so far on Lokpath app
He said, ‘Lokpath App, launched by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, is a unique initiative of the Public Works Department whose objective is to provide quick and effective solution to the problems related to the roads of the state. Citizens can send reports of damaged roads directly to the department through this app, due to which the problems are being resolved quickly.
According to the government, more than 4536 complaints have been received on the Lokpath app since its launch, out of which 95 percent of the complaints were resolved within 7 days.
