Akal Takht has sentenced Sukhbir Singh Badal to two days of service. Under this, he was serving at the gate as a salary. Badal has confessed to his crimes before the Akal Takht. After this there was fear that he might be attacked.
There was a stir due to firing outside the Golden Temple in Amritsar, Punjab on Wednesday morning. This attack attempt was made on Akali leader Sukhbir Singh Badal, who was serving at the gate of the Golden Temple at that time.
The accused has been identified as Narayan Singh Chauda. He is a resident of Majha, Punjab and has been involved in terrorist activities in the past also.
How did Sukhbir Badal narrowly escape?
- Let us tell you, former Chief Minister of Punjab and Shiromani Akali Dal leader Sukhbir Singh Badal was given religious punishment by Akal Takht on Monday. He was sentenced to serve two days in the Golden Temple.
- Due to a fracture in his toe, Badal was serving at the Golden Temple by sitting at the gate. Then Narayan Singh Chauda reached there and tried to shoot at Badal.
- Luckily, the people present there noticed the accused and caught him. Immediately the police arrived and took the accused away from there. This created a commotion outside the temple.
- The video of the entire incident has also surfaced. It is clear that Badal had a narrow escape because there was very little distance between him and the attacker. Akali leaders have called it a failure of the AAP government.
