United Kisan Morcha has announced the Delhi march. Today on Monday, farmers from Noida are marching to Delhi. Due to which Noida Traffic Police has issued an advisory and has increased strictness on the Delhi-Noida border. Will gather near Mahamaya flyover from 12 noon.

These are the demands of the farmers coming to Delhi from the government
10 farmers joined the Morcha on the call of United Kisan Morcha with the demands of 10 percent developed plots, 64.7 percent additional compensation to all farmers, all benefits of the new land acquisition law, implementation of recommendations sent in favor of farmers by the High Power Committee, etc. The organizations have started the Mahapadav by protesting on 25th November. After Greater Noida Authority, farmers are sitting in front of Yamuna Authority office since November 28. 10 percent developed plot and 64.7 percent additional compensation is the main issue.

Vigilance increased on the call of Delhi march, traffic affected on many routes
Due to the call of farmers to march to Delhi, the police is checking by placing barricades at the zero point. Apart from this, checking is being done by putting barricades on the route going to Delhi from Kasna, Dadri and other routes. Due to checking, there is traffic pressure at many intersections. Many farmer leaders have been placed under house arrest. More than four thousand police forces are on the roads to stop the farmers from going to Delhi.

Even before the farmers march to Delhi, police, RAF personnel and riot control vehicles have been deployed at the Chilla border of Delhi-UP.

Jam on DND border
There was a long traffic jam in the morning at the DND border connecting Delhi and Noida. Farmers have announced their march to Delhi. After which, strictness has been increased at various places on the borders and barricading has also been done.

On the deployment of police and RAF at Chilla border of UP after the announcement of farmers march to Delhi, DCP East Delhi Apoorva Gupta said that we had received advance information about some farmers organizations. Who have announced to march to Delhi. Due to the Parliament session going on, they have not been allowed to enter Delhi for this protest. Further said that we will ensure that no law and order situation arises and no traffic is disrupted. We are coordinating with Noida Police. Police forces are deployed on all major and minor borders of Delhi-UP.

Online class in Greno due to farmer movement
Students should not face problems due to traffic jams on roads during farmers’ march to Delhi. For this, many schools in Noida and Greater Noida West have decided to conduct online classes on Monday. Many schools including Noida’s Amity, DPS 30, DPS 122, Greater Noida West’s DPS, Sparsh Global School are operating online today. In order to ensure that the students do not face any problem while stuck in the traffic jam, the school management has decided to run online classes automatically. District School Inspector Dr. Dharamveer Singh said that the department has not given instructions to run online classes. It has been decided by the schools themselves to run online classes. In view of pollution, instructions have already been given to run classes in hybrid mode.

Due to the start of farmers’ march towards Delhi from today, a traffic jam was seen at Chilla border between Delhi and Noida. In the morning people have left their homes for office. After which the traffic speed is slow amidst strict security.

Police preparations on Delhi-Noida border
After the announcement of farmers of Uttar Pradesh marching to Delhi, security has been increased in Noida from today.

Noida Traffic Police preparations regarding diversion –
-In case of jam on Noida-Greno Expressway at or before Mahamaya flyover, vehicles will turn from Sector-128 cut to the service road and reach Sector-94 Charkha roundabout. From here, vehicles going towards DND and Chilla border will also be sent to Delhi from Kalindi Kunj.
-Vehicles coming from Kalindi Kunj and coming to Noida via Dalit Prerna Sthal will be diverted through Sector-37, 18.
-When the farmers reach in front of Dalit Prerna Sthal on Noida side, the traffic coming from Greno side will be taken to Mahamaya flyover from the loop along with Kalindi Kunj and will be taken towards Sector-37. Through Sector-37, vehicles will be sent directly from the main road of Sector-18 market towards DND and Chilla border via Atta Peer.
In the event of farmers blocking the roads coming from Delhi in front of Dalit Prerna, the vehicles coming from Chilla Border and DND will be brought to Sector-37 via Sector-27, in front of Atta Peer, Atta Bazaar. From here it will be sent towards Noida-Greno Expressway.

Preparation to march to Delhi from Mahamaya flyover
From Mahamaya flyover, from where the farmers have announced to march further to Delhi, the routes to Noida Sector-18 via Kalindi Kunj, to Delhi via DND, Chilla Border and to Noida are connected. Because of this, the traffic gets completely affected when the crowd gathers here. Traffic police officials claim that preparations have been made. Diversion plan will be implemented as per need. The police have also made preparations regarding security arrangements. Police and PAC of many police stations will be deployed. A large number of police forces will also be deployed near Chilla, DND Border and Mahamaya Flyover. Many check points are also to be made on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
