These are the seven points issued by Chhattisgarh government

1. The transferred government servant should be relieved within 10 days of the issue of transfer order. If the employee is not relieved within the prescribed time period, the competent authority may order him to be relieved unilaterally. Disciplinary action will be taken against the employee if the order is not followed.

2. If the transfer order is not followed within seven days, suspension action should be taken against the employee and break in service action should be taken against the unauthorized absentee.

3. If the employee takes leave for a period of more than seven days after the transfer order, he should be asked to appear before the Medical Board. If the Medical Board does not recommend and the Government servant remains absent after applying for other leave, then this period should be considered as absence and it should be non-daily.

4. Leave of the transferred government servant should be sanctioned from the office of new posting only.

5. If there is a proposal to transfer a government servant from a scheduled area to a non-scheduled area, then the proposal of his replacement (who is from a non-scheduled area) should also be made mandatory.

6. On transfer from a scheduled area to a non-scheduled area, no officer or employee should be relieved by his office head or controlling officer until his replacement is present.

7. If the transfer from one place to another has taken place without change in the place of residence, then the government servant will not be eligible for joining time for more than one day after being relieved from duty.

Revenue Department wrote letters to collectors

The Revenue Department has also written a letter to all the district collectors. It has been said in this letter that Naib Tehsildar and Tehsildars should be relieved immediately. Also given instructions to join within 10 days. It has been said in the letter that on September 13, Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars were transferred.

Also he has been transferred before this also. It has come to the notice of the government that some officers have not joined their new posting. Besides, some Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars had also filed a petition in the court against the said transfer.
