Devotees are going to experience amazing joy through sound and light show in the Mahakaleshwar temple complex of Ujjain from the month of January. Ujjain Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh has also warned the shopkeepers who have shops in Mahakal Lok. He said that if the shop is not started soon, the allotment will be cancelled.
Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh inspected the Mahakal Lok and Prasadam area of Mahakaleshwar Temple. During the inspection, the status of opening of shops which were allotted after the auction was observed. Those shopkeepers who have not yet started their shops even after allotment, were asked to start their shops as soon as possible, otherwise instructions were given to cancel the allotment.
The Collector inspected the progress of the light and sound show to be started at Mahakal Lok through the Tourism Board. It was told that the light and sound show is likely to start by January 2025.
Shopkeepers received 7 days warning
Keeping in mind the convenience of the devotees, shops have been built in Mahakal Lok. The allotment of these shops has also been done, but the shops are not being started by the shop operators. Due to this the devotees are facing a lot of problems. Ujjain Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh has given instructions to open the shop in 7 days.
